Southampton winger Moussa Djenepo is set to leave the club to join Belgian side Standard Liege.
According to Sacha Tavolieri, Djenepo is set to have a medical on Tuesday ahead of a return to Standard in a move that will reportedly cost €3.5 million.
Djenepo will sign a three-year-deal and is currently in Paris but is on his way to Liege. He was only given a new contract at St Mary’s less than a year ago, until 2025.
Djenepo joined Southampton in the summer of 2019 from Standard Liege for a fee believed to be around €15 million. He has gone on to make 91 appearances, scoring five goals.
Should Saints sell Moussa Djenepo?

Djenepo has been a versatile player for Saints, being able to play on either wing and in recent season at left back.
So far this season he has only made one appearance for Southampton, starting in their 3-1 defeat in the EFL Cup first round away at League Two Gillingham.
Southampton have brought in a winger before the transfer window slammed shut, bringing in Ryan Fraser on loan from Newcastle United.
Saints still have plenty of options in each wing, with the club managing to retain Kamaldeen Sulemana amid interest from Everton and him handing in a transfer request, Samuel Edozie and Samuel Amo-Ameyaw.
Saints could have probably used some more depart down the wings, and you never know, with the transfer window in Saudi Arabia open for the next few weeks, we could yet see Sulemana departs
