Southampton recorded their biggest win of the season on Saturday, as they put five past Russell Martin’s former side Swansea City in a Boxing Day performance that will live long in the memory.

Southampton finished bottom of the Premier League last season and suffered relegation in the process, but managed to retain some key players despite dropping to the Championship.

Southampton are now 22 games into the Championship season and will reach the halfway stage of their league campaign when they face QPR on Saturday.
