Southampton striker Che Adams was subject of plenty of interest in the summer transfer window.
Premier League clubs were sniffing around the Scotsman, with the 27-year-old scoring three goals in as many games at the start of the season.
He was then taken out of the side due to the interest surrounding him, but has been brought back into the fold since the window closed.
He has made six appearances since then, but has failed to score.
The interest does not seem to have faded though.
Journalist says there is a ‘threat’ that Che Adams could leave

According to journalist Dean Jones, Adams could be looking to leave in the upcoming January transfer window.
Saints rejected an offer of £15 million from Everton for his services, whilst Wolves made a late loan swoop for him but ultimately failed.
Speaking to GiveMeSport, Jones said: “At the back of every person’s mind at Southampton, there will surely be the threat that Che Adams is going to look to leave again in January.
“Or at least that there will be another offer for him to come in January because we know that he is a player capable of being in the Premier League right now.
“But, at the same time, he owes it to Southampton to be fully focused on this moment and improving so that he can repay what they’ve given him over the years by allowing him to have this platform.”
Losing Che Adams in January would be a big blow
To lose Adams would be a blow, despite his poor form in front of goal since the end of the window.
Adams is still joint top amongst the Saints squad for assists, so is still providing at the top end of the pitch.
But with Ross Stewart still to come back from injury and Adam Armstrong still in good form, it will be interesting to see whether Adams keeps his place in the team in the coming months.
